Does it really matter if golf clubs are old and worn? What are the good clubs for beginners?

I just don’t think golf ranges would risk giving out good value clubs for people to borrow since people can easily steal them.

For beginners because they are good luck.
An extra head if you rly saves to buy an expensive sport its not rich persons sport only by any means but it loses uniform angle of your schedule and nonexpendable money if you play alot it takes significant time out of your schedule.
