What golf clubs are best for a beginner ‘junior’ player?

My daughter is 9 years old, very tall for her age - about 57-58″. We went to SA and bought a set of Wilson WOMEN’s clubs - which were recommended. The golf coach says they are too big. Should we just go back to SA and buy the junior set of the wilson’s (which comes in pink) or go to a PGA store and buy US Kids clubs? The SA store is easier to get to, but I want what is better for her - as she seems to really like golf.

      For your daughter to hit by getting her the properly for your daughter to hit by getting her.

      the best thing to do seeing she will probably grow a lot more, go get a decent pair that aren’t too expensive. when she reaches her mid teens, get her a fitted pair that will last. and do NOT buy online, large chance of scams. i hope i helped

      I couldn’t agree more with what was recommended…when I was about 5′0 (I’m a boy so 5′11 now) and starting out, I bought a complete set of ladies Wilson Reflexes for £250, 6 iron to SW with a putter, 3 wood, 5 wood and 2 hybrids! Great deal. They were well built, light, good to look at and performed as I improved. Lasted brilliantly until I finally stepped up to men’s clubs…which were Wilsons!
