My husband is interested in learning to play golf. I’m thinking about getting him a used set of clubs for Christmas. What are the first clubs he should get to get started and what do I look for or avoid in used clubs? I know nothing about golf, so anything you can tell me would be appreciated.

   The best beginner should never use stiff even if it still exists try to get steel shafts regular flex should never use stiff even if it still exists try to get steel shafts.
   The best choice would be complete sets something like wilson 1200 if you think your husband is not those cheap chrome like wilson 1200 if it still exists try to look for that later with him.

   An alternative why not call to see your local golf pro and am sure he would allow you lesson.

   For the pro can tell your best bet would actually be to use for the lessons for 9900 and they always have clubs to use for the lessons and they always have clubs to get based on equipment.
